Diabetes pain when walking? See what it means

People with diabetes often experience pain when walking; this is due to the way in which the illness attacks a person’s circulation. High blood sugar is a very devastating illness; it has a very negative affect on the working of the human body, it must always be remembered that excessive glucose (sugars) in the blood destroys circulation. If you have diabetes and pain when walking it is a sign of systemic circulation damage.

Amputations

Each year thousands of people are forced to have a limb removed due to the damaging affects of high blood sugar on the circulation. The lower limbs are particularly susceptible to damage from excessive glucose (sugars) in the bloodstream. Diabetics have too much sugars floating around in the bloodstream, the sugars damage the arteries and blood vessels which in turn can lead to amputation of the limb.  When there is too much sugar in the bloodstream it can cause a process called  A.G.E (Advanced Glycation End) In the simplest terms the sugars cause the proteins in your cells to , this “end produce affects the blood vessel which leads to a person with diabetes to have pain when walking. The nerves and blood vessels both become damaged from sugar related “A.G.E).

It is clear that high blood sugar causes an extreme amount of damages to the blood vessels, the illustration above also reveals how A.G.E affects the blood vessels of the eyes( on the right)

An abundance of sugar cleaves to important protein amino groups this affects cell function and creates an imbalance which leads to cell destabilization

More than 80% of all diabetic amputations occur after lower limb injury, which can result from diabetic neuropathy( nerve and blood vessel damages) .   If you have diabetes and experience pain when walking it is a signal that your body is in need of a very  specific healing diet. A sugar free is not a healing diet, a sugar free diet may b a little helpful but is not enough to stop an illness as powerful as diabetes.

Good news

A diet from Europe is being used to heal diabetic foot pain, saving the limb from removal. The combination of the reverse high blood sugar diet and the diet to save the foot is responsible for saving the body from the damage of high blood sugar.

Reverse Diabetes edema

It is imperative that a person reverse diabetes edema as quickly as possible, getting help for the condition will be necessary in order to save the limb. There are more people today who are suffering from diabetic complications in the lower and upper limbs, the circulation becomes afflicted and this can lead to amputations if not addressed quickly.  It is essential to reverse diabetes edema to ensure the health of the limb. A basic understanding of why the limbs become affected is essential to reversing the condition.

Why are the limbs swelling?

People with high blood sugar are always at danger for serious complications involving the circulation, it is crucial to recognize that excessive sugar in the bloodstream is a poison; not addressing this puts the limbs at risk for removal. Upper and lower limb swelling is usually caused by venous insufficiency, in very plain language this occurs when blood circulation is not continuous.  In a healthy person blood will flow from the limbs back to the heart, which then circulates the blood back down to the limbs; the relationship between the heart and limbs create a beautiful system of continuous movement of blood circulation.  It is crucial to reverse diabetes edema because the swelling indicates that the circulation has been impaired, the blood is either backing up (backward leakage) or cannot move flow ahead (Blocked forward movement such as a clot).

Take swelling in the body seriously

It should be noted that diabetes edema can also be a signal of heart disease, liver problems or kidney complications.  Diabetics have wounds which heal slower than non-diabetics; this is also why edema is particularly dangerous.

There is some good news which has been helping people reverse the circulation issues of high blood sugar without medications. A European diet specifically for diabetic legs and arms was shown to reverse swelling and pain without medications; this is used in over 10 countries to save the limbs.

I have diabetes and my feet hurt: What to do

I have diabetes and my feet hurt, this was an email that we received on Friday from a young woman who is concerned about the possibility of having the foot amputated (removed). Seeing as her toes are experiencing a lot of aches and is at times numb; she has a valid concern. Our reader also acknowledges that she is aware of the dangers of her condition but is still not sure exactly why this is happening because she is eating right.  In this post titled “I have diabetes and my feet hurt”, we will try and explain why your diet may not be helping to stop the pains.

Why diet is often ineffective

There are many who upon discovering that they are diabetic try and change their diet, this is a very good thing but for the vast majority this step is not enough to control their blood sugar, the reason for this is due to the fact that the typical diabetic diet is devoid of any healing ingredients. Eliminating sugar from the diet is one of the first things that diabetics change in their diets and this may help a bit but the simple fact of the matter is that eliminating does not equal healing.

Eliminating things which cause your blood sugar to rise may be good but this is not enough; diabetes is an illness that cries out for a healing combination of foods.

If you have diabetes and your feet hurt this is a clear sign that you need a very specific diet that can heal, few people find this.  The thousands of people in 10 countries who read this site every day know that few diabetics are on a healing diet, healing foot pain is even more difficult.

Foot pain from high blood sugar is a sign that the nerve fiber is being affected, this can lead to serious problems.

How high blood sugar cost thousands their feet

The nerve fiber in the foot is similar to an umbrella that protects you from rain, the nerve fiber is very delicate and blood sugar often destroys this; this is the source of your pain.  Eliminating thing from the diet may be good but this will not stop the damage that the blood sugar has already caused, not healing the nerves is one of the biggest mistakes that diabetics make.

Center of disease Control CDC: Each year more than 10,000 people are forced to have part or all of the foot removed due to the damage from high blood sugar.  Look at that Nerve Fiber damage on the upper left side

If you have diabetes and your feet hurt, it is important to listen to the feet, once vessel damage begins the nerve fibers are very difficult to repair, this means more pain.  Thank you to our reader for her question.

*The Diabetes repair high blood sugar diet which is now in 17 countries is now included free with the European Diet to stop All Diabetes foot pain.*

Diabetes toes hurt, what it really means

A person who experiences diabetes toes that hurt should be aware that the pain indicates serious nerve damage; this is one of the leading causes of amputations in a diabetic. A new study shows that there has been a sharp increase in the numbers of people who are having a toe affected by high blood sugar; the lower limbs take a very severe beating from high blood sugar; it is an issue which must be taken seriously.  In this post we will look at why diabetes affected toes hurt and what you can do about it.

Those very small blood vessels

A very recent study from University of Iowa department of orthopedics and rehabilitation revealed that there has been an increase in the number of diabetic partial toes amputations by about 25%; this is a tremendous number of people who have been affected. The need for the removal of the toe was due to the fact that a spreading gangrene could have resulted in the need to remove the foot or the whole leg.  When diabetes toes hurt it means nerve damage, the thin nerve fiber which should protect the nerve is being damaged.  This pain is usually in the toe, fingers, foot, legs and hands. This nerve damage is called Glove and Stocking because of the areas that are affected

The picture below shows a nerve damage leading not only to pain but also to discoloration, blood sugar in excess is a poison in the body. There is no other illness today which is as damaging to the kidney, liver, heart and eyes such as high blood sugar.

Dr. Phinit Phisitkul, assistant clinical professor at the University of Iowa department of orthopedics and rehabilitation

"Patients with diabetes have to do their best to control their blood sugar. They need to seek care from their primary care doctor, get treatment, and discuss potential surgeries [like tendon release] to help improve their feet,” said Dr Phistkul

When diabetes toes hurt: The doctor speaks of the need to get that nasty excessive blood sugar out the body

There is a European diabetes foot diet report that has been shown to save the foot from surgery and save the limb. The diabetic foot diet is used in 10 countries, including the United States, to naturally stop diabetes toes that hurt by healing the nerve fiber.  The report now includes the Type 2 diabetes reversal diet, both reports are now included together to get a normal blood sugar and cure the foot problems.

Foot pain at night can lead to very serious troubles

Foot pain at night is one of the more annoying and possibly dangerous health complications that many will have to suffer, burning, cramping, sharp pains and discomforts are all signs of some level of nerve damage in the lower limb. There are many causes for this very uncomfortable condition but it always means temporary or permanent nerve damage, it is also essential that you address foot pain at night as it can be a sign of more serious health complications.

The feet as an indicator of overall health

The feet and the legs are both good indicators of the health of the body, the feet have an incredible amount of nerves and small blood vessels which help carry oxygen, these blood vessels and nerves are often damaged, this can either be from wear and tear or from more health complications.

Parts of the feet: One of the more common complaints may be pain between the toes or on the bottom of the foot; the cause of the pain in these areas is usually due to inflammation of the nerves of the foot. There are many who get sharp shocks or throbbing pains in the feet and this is most often due to excessive pressure on the nerves of the foot, when the nerve fibers are damaged it results in sharp or continual pain. Beware that foot pain at night has a strong connection to other illnesses.

Hidden health complications calling out from the feet

Do you have high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity or heart disease? All of these illnesses are related to pains in the feet, when aches are related to deeper health complications the pains are particularly stronger in the evening.

A recent study revealed that almost all lower limb pains had a relationship to some illness such as diabetes, there are over 79 million with pre diabetes and many millions are unaware they are affected!  The feet are often a good warning sign of other health complications.

Researchers at the Comprehensive Pain Center at Oregon Health & Science University have learned that nerve pain may have a daily cycle, with the worst occurring pains late in the evening around 11 p.m.  The researchers showed that diabetic nerve damage was the cause of much of the nigh time pain. The results showed that the typical pattern for people with the condition was to experience the greatest pain from it after sunset, peaking at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Feet Pain is always results from nerve damage, nerve damage only gets worst so it is necessary to do something. Soaking the feet or pads will not address the nerve damage.

Diet can save the feet and stop the pain at night

Researchers have revealed that a European diet created specifically for foot pain was able to stop the nigh time pain and repair much of the nerve damage without the need for surgery. The diet which has actually helped diabetic save the feet from amputation is now used in over 10 countries to stop the pain in the feet but those with or without diabetes.

Should I take Metformin for diabetes, risk and side effects?

There are many who are prescribed metformin for early diabetes and many of these people may not need the medication. This post is not a knock on the medication, but it is a wake up call as to how many doctors will quickly prescribe this medication without informing their patients that the illness is complete reversible drug free. Metformin is in many cases being overly doled out because doctors don’t believe that you will do the necessary lifestyle modifications to reverse the illness.

Why doctors quickly prescribe drugs

Doctors are actually doing the right thing in trying to control your blood sugar, they are trying to get the excessive high levels of glucose out of the bloodstream but what they do not often tell you is that this can often be done without medications.  There is not one afe diabetic medication, metformin has a very bad side effect, the drug causes a severe drop in your vitamin B 12 level, and this is particularly bad for the diabetic.  Diabetics are at constant danger of lower limb complications such as muscle cramps, artery blockage and nerve fiber damage, vitamin b12 is crucial for the diabetic. The fact that metformin will block vitamin b12 is not only alarming, it is down right dangerous.

The research shows a strong connection between Metformin and Vitamin B12

Of patients who take this Metformin, almost 40% showed evidence of reduced vitamin B12 absorption. Metformin interferes with the ability of your cells to absorb vitamin B12 complex. Over the long term, vitamin B12 insufficiency is a significant health risk. There is also a strong connection between B12 insufficiency and cardiovascular disease.  The scary thing about the drug is that a study showed that after discontinuing the drug the vitamin b12 deficiency was NOT being reversed, the cells were changed!  This is why simply trying to add a vitamin b12 pill while taking metforimin is not the solution. The drug is affecting your cells.

We are the number one diabetes foot site on the internet and we are read daily in 17 countries, diabetes lower limb issues are horrible and they can lead to the remove of the limb. Neuropathy (the nerve damage of diabetes) is serious and metformin may make this worst according to doctors.

"We had a few patients complaining about peripheral neuropathy who hadn't [had diabetes] very long, but they were on metformin. We decided to look at vitamin B12 s deficiency [as an explanation], said Jasna Klen, PhD, an internist, radiologist, and diabetes specialist at Hospital Trbovlje in Slovenia, who presented the research on the vitamin b12 dilemma when taking Meformin.

We are not advocating stopping any medications but why not address diabetes or diabetes foot pain drug free like people in over 10 countries do daily with this site.

  • Update* the Diabetes foot report now includes the $25 Diabetes reversal report free of charge. Both reports totaling more than 60 pages are now being offered for one price.  Your body will thank you for reversing the illness drug free.

My diabetes leg pain is bad, the urgent message

“My Diabetes leg pain is bad” this was the message that we received yesterday from one of our many readers. Pains in the legs are one of the horrible consequences of living with the illness, it is absolutely necessary that more people become informed of the ways in which the lower limbs suffer when blood sugar is high.  In the middle of this very serious diabetic epidemic are the causalities of the illness, one of the consequences which does not getting enough publicity is lower limb aches. “My diabetes leg pain is bad” was the cry from our reader, when someone comes to the realization that their situation is bad it usually means that they have waited too long to address the situation.

What to do?

Before we discuss what to do, we will discuss what is happening to the leg; it is a very dangerous situation.

Excessive blood sugar has a very negative affect on the circulation, this dilemma leads to the removal of thousands of people’s legs each year due to excessive blood sugar. High blood sugar is a poison in the system, as time goes by the damage is often irreversible.

My diabetes leg pain is bad

High blood sugar often causes the arteries in the legs to become chocked off (blocked); this can be a very dangerous situation.

PAD (Peripheral artery disease) is common in diabetics; PAD is when the arteries become clogged.

For the diabetic pins/needles, tingling and numbness or other pains are a stark warning.

Excessive blood sugar is destructive and particularly damaging to the arteries in the legs.

Data from the Framingham Heart Study revealed that 20% of patients with PAD had diabetes, but this probably greatly underestimates the prevalence, given that many more people with PAD are without symptoms.  Diabetes and artery blockage are linked.

The surgery to repair diabetes blocked arteries cost over $5,000 dollar and usually involves the insertion of a stent to keep the arteries open.

Get the right diet to avoid surgery

Diabetes leg pain is serious and should be addressed immediately with diet!

There is a diabetes leg pain diet from Europe which is now used in more than 10 countries including the United States; it has been helping people save the legs with diet alone.

Foot Hurts and Diabetes, what you must do

It is a very common ailment, the foot hurts and this is often related to diabetes. One of the sad consequences of the worldwide diabetic crisis is the revelation that many people are losing their limbs to the illness. One of the major factors in regards to increased amputations (surgical removal of the limb) is the fact that millions are unaware that they are living with high blood sugar. When the foot hurts it is a signal that blood sugar is damaging the nerves in the limb.

Why the feet suffer more

The reason that the feet suffer so greatly when a person has high blood sugar is due to the fact that there are very many small blood vessels in the foot which are easily damaged.  Excessive blood sugar ruins the circulatory system, and this in turn can lead to amputation of the lower limb. Nerve damage is not easily repaired, it is crucial that any pain in the feet receive immediate attention.

Because of long-term nerve damage, people with diabetes face up to a 25 percent lifetime risk of amputation, according to current research.  When the foot hurts and a person has pre or full diabetes it can be a very strong warning sign which should not ignored.

The Center for Disease Control estimates that there are more than 30 million people worldwide who are not aware that they are diabetic; often the symptoms of the disease are ignored. Diabetes is one of the most damaging illnesses; the excessive blood sugar should be removed naturally from the body with diet not drugs.  Dizziness, thirst and other symptoms should not be ignored. Not addressing the illness swiftly is the reason many are in danger of lower limb nerve damage. Numbness, pain, tingling, pins and needles are all signs of the nerve damage, this is the consequence of excessive blood sugar.  Blood sugar in excess is a poison, it is crucial that people understand the power of this enemy and how it destroys the body.  There is not one organ in the body which is not affected by high blood sugar, the liver, kidneys and heart all suffer under this illness. When the foot hurts, it is always a sign; it is a very important warning from your body for action.  80% of people who had a leg, foot or toes removed could have save the limb had they acted in time. When the foot hurts it is a message to you from your body.

Researchers in Europe have been saving the feet with a very specialized diet created to stop the pain and nerve damage from high blood sugar. The diet is now used regularly by thousands in 17 countries to save the feet and avoid surgery.
