Diabetes pain when walking? See what it means

People with diabetes often experience pain when walking; this is due to the way in which the illness attacks a person’s circulation. High blood sugar is a very devastating illness; it has a very negative affect on the working of the human body, it must always be remembered that excessive glucose (sugars) in the blood destroys circulation. If you have diabetes and pain when walking it is a sign of systemic circulation damage.

Amputations

Each year thousands of people are forced to have a limb removed due to the damaging affects of high blood sugar on the circulation. The lower limbs are particularly susceptible to damage from excessive glucose (sugars) in the bloodstream. Diabetics have too much sugars floating around in the bloodstream, the sugars damage the arteries and blood vessels which in turn can lead to amputation of the limb.  When there is too much sugar in the bloodstream it can cause a process called  A.G.E (Advanced Glycation End) In the simplest terms the sugars cause the proteins in your cells to , this “end produce affects the blood vessel which leads to a person with diabetes to have pain when walking. The nerves and blood vessels both become damaged from sugar related “A.G.E).

It is clear that high blood sugar causes an extreme amount of damages to the blood vessels, the illustration above also reveals how A.G.E affects the blood vessels of the eyes( on the right)

An abundance of sugar cleaves to important protein amino groups this affects cell function and creates an imbalance which leads to cell destabilization

More than 80% of all diabetic amputations occur after lower limb injury, which can result from diabetic neuropathy( nerve and blood vessel damages) .   If you have diabetes and experience pain when walking it is a signal that your body is in need of a very  specific healing diet. A sugar free is not a healing diet, a sugar free diet may b a little helpful but is not enough to stop an illness as powerful as diabetes.

Good news

A diet from Europe is being used to heal diabetic foot pain, saving the limb from removal. The combination of the reverse high blood sugar diet and the diet to save the foot is responsible for saving the body from the damage of high blood sugar.

Diabetes Numbness Hands Feet

There are times when a diabetic may feel an occasional numbness in the hands or feet; this is the beginning signs of neuropathy (nerve damage). When the limbs begin to experience any numb feeling it should not be ignored, as this can start one down the road to an eventual loss of the limb. Diabetes numbness in hands or feet is a warning; it is a crucial signal to address the condition immediately.

The progression of numb limbs

The parts of the body which are known as “stocking and glove” are classified as such to identify where neuropathy begins. The graph below demonstrates how nerve damage spreads within the upper and lower limbs

Diabetes is a very punishing illness, the hands and feet are particularly at danger, and this is where the nerve damage usually begins. In the graph above it should be noted that the nerve damage proceeds up the limbs eventually leading to the loss of the body part.

Over time nerve damage results in numbness, this is often ignored by the diabetic, it is the hope of most diabetics that the numb sensation will simply go away on its own; this is dangerous. The interesting thing about neuropathy is that the damage may be occurring even on days when there is no numb feeling; this is due to nerve fibers trying to save the limb.  Over time the excessive blood sugar overcomes the helpful nerve fibers, this is where the diabetic may experience limb pain, swelling and other complications.

Why is this happening?

High blood sugar is a poison in the bloodstream; the body cannot handle the load of excessive sugars for very long. Diabetics are at increased risk for cardiovascular disease, heart attack and stroke from the excessive sugar in the blood.

There is some good news, diabetes can be reversed drug free with a healing diet, please note that a sugar free diet is not the same thing; only a healing diet has been shown to reverse the illness.  Lowering sugar intake can be beneficial but this can never reverse an illness as powerful as high blood sugar.

When researchers utilized a healing diet it literally eliminated diabetes numbness in the hands and the feet, this is the only diet ever created for the elimination of diabetic neuropathy.

Diabetes Tired legs

Diabetes with tired legs is a potentially serious condition which affects millions of people. It is important to understand why high blood sugar causes fatigue, tiredness and a general feeling of weakness. A recent report from the American Diabetes Association highlights the fact that there are more than 8 million people who are living with high sugar and are still not aware of it. Diabetes and tired legs is a sign of a system wide problem related to the leveled sugar levels.

Why do the lower limbs get weak?

High blood sugar causes a lot of problems to the lower limbs; this is the reason why diabetics are always at risk of losing a leg to amputation. One of the more damaging results of living with high blood sugar occurs in the circulation, the arteries of a diabetic are constantly being negatively affected by the excessive amount of sugar in the bloodstream. The lower limbs are connected to the health of the heart; when the cardiovascular system is not functioning correctly we can feel fatigued.   Diabetes tired legs is a sign of impaired blood flow in the arteries, this can signal cardiovascular complications and a lack of sufficient oxygen.  Diabetics are at greater risk for heart disease and stroke, the weary legs are often an indictor of coming health troubles.

High blood sugar is extremely bothersome and problematic to the whole working of the body. There is not one cell in the body which is not negatively affected by high blood sugar; overtime the body literally wears down. It is best to think of diabetes as putting an overload of stress on the body. Much can be done to reverse high blood sugar, this can be done naturally, and there is no need for medications for most people.  Diabetics should understand that utilizing a healing diet works to remove the excessive amounts of blood sugar naturally.

Researchers in Europe have shown that thousands people have reversed high blood sugar drug free by using a diet that naturally healing the root cause of the elevated sugar levels.

Thousands in over 10 countries reversed high blood sugar without drugs while saving their feet from amputation with the right combination of specific foods, both reports may be read together.

Foot swollen with diabetes? How diet beat a popular drug

If you have diabetes and a foot that is swollen it is crucial that you address the condition as quickly as possible, it is the progression of nerve damage that causes the eventual loss of the limb in so many thousands of people. Sadly, people are turning to medications which are linked to very serious side effects as oppose to turning to a targeted diet. If you have diabetes and a foot which is swollen, you should know that just last week it was revealed in a major University study that a common fruit (which cost less than 1 dollar) beat a billion dollar high blood sugar medication to lower high blood sugar.

Nerve damage and you

Nerve damage is extremely difficult to repair; once swelling, pain, or numbness begins it is a sign that the nerve fibers have been damaged. It is crucial that a diabetic use a healing targeted diet in order to save the limb from possible removal. Diabetic medications are big business; to put it bluntly the drug makers are not interested in you or your nerve damage. The drug companies are in the diabetic pharmaceutical business for straight profit nothing more. We have helped thousands of people save a limb from amputation; people are always surprised to hear that the drug companies don’t care about whether the diabetic ever get healed just as long as you are on their prescription for life.

A foot swollen with diabetes is a sign of nerve damage from a persistent high blood sugar; this means that the excessive glucose( sugars) are ruining the nerve fibers causing pain, swelling and even numbness.  The drug companies make billions because they know that you will need the medication “every month”, this adds up to millions of repeat customers

The fact that diet can reverse high blood sugar just as good as medications is not often published to the public because the drug companies cannot make a profit off a fruit; if it does not turn a profit you will not hear about it.  This site is the number site to reverse high blood sugar and save a limb in now 10 countries.

Targeted diet vs Drugs

Metformin is one of the most popular drugs in the world, it profits the drug maker more than 3 billion dollars every year but what the thousands of people who take this medication (which has serious side effects) may not know is that a humble fruit works just as well and this was revealed in a study from a prestigious University.

Dr Joseph Napoli, PhD, professor and chair of nutritional sciences and toxicology at the University of California, Berkeley admitted that he was skeptical but it was clear that grapefruit continual was shown to be just as affective as the popular diabetic drug without any side effects.

We understand that doctor’s skepticism at first, people are very ignorant to the power of the right food in the right combination.

Study quote from Time Magazine and researcher

But one of the biggest findings was that subjects drinking grapefruit juice had glucose-lowering effects that were just as potent as the those who sipped on metformin. “It was very surprising,” says Napoli.

This study will never been widely publicized in the media because the drug makers cannot profit from a fruit, this is the game of the pharmaceutical companies and the diabetic charities.

A foot swollen with diabetes is a very serious condition and it should be addressed immediately with a very targeted diet, this is what works in over 10 countries

Diabetes, dizziness and confusion a growing problem

There are many who suffer from diabetes who experience dizziness, vertigo and mental confusion; a new study now reveals how high blood sugar affects the cells of the brain. High blood sugar is the most damaging illness in the world today, this is not an exaggeration, it literally destroys the cells of the body. There are over 350 million people in the world who simply cannot get a normal blood sugar, this leads to very serious health complications.  Diabetes, dizziness, vertigo and mental confusion should never be ignored.

This is your brain on high blood sugar

Glucose (blood sugar) is a very important element for healthy cells, it is glucose that gives us energy but consistently high levels are poisonous to the body. Unfortunately, not enough people are aware of the damaging affects of excessive glucose; this site has become the number one diabetes foot site on the internet because we are saving people from lower limb amputations. There is not one part of the body which is not affected by excessive glucose and this included the brain. Having diabetes, dizziness, vertigo and confusion can signal glucose levels which are dangerously high. When blood sugar remains too high for too long over time the brain can become affected.

The authors of a new European study recently revealed that people with type 2 diabetes were twice as likely to have mild cognitive impairment (MCI) than those without high blood sugar. MCI is a stage of mental decline that can come before more serious dementia.
"Maintain your diabetes treatment to help prevent mental decline."
Angela Winkler, MA, in the Department of Neurology at University Hospital Essen in Germany

A sugar free diet is not enough to stop high blood sugar, if you have a high glucose level it signals that your pancreas is not producing enough insulin or that glucose is flooding in your bloodstream.  The diabetic needs a healing diet not a sugar free diet, a healing diet is produce by using specific foods in the right combination to produce a normal blood sugar level drug free.  Diabetes related dizziness can sign heart troubles and vertigo is often sign of a coming stroke!

It must be made clear that there is not one part of the body which is not being affected by high blood sugar, a healing diet is mandatory to stop the illness.  Thousands of people in over 17 countries have received a normal blood sugar level without the need for any drugs by combining the right specific foods, this is called a healing diet and it works. Be well.

Diabetes Purple Foot? Read why this is a serious warning

We received an email from a young man who has diabetes and the foot is now purple, this is a very serious indication of artery blockage and nerve damage. Each year thousands of diabetic are forced to have their feet (or the toes) amputated in order to save the lower limb from a deteriorating condition. If you have diabetes and the foot is turning purple or blue it is a very serious warning sign that you must take action to save the limb.

The most devastating illness of our time

High blood sugar is the most devastating illness of our modern generation, there is no other illness that causes blindness, kidney failure, heart disease and lower limb amputation. Blood sugar is both a friend and an enemy, in the right amounts blood sugar enters the cells and gives very healthy energy to the body; but this is not the case in the person with high blood sugar.  Excessive blood sugar is a poison in the body causing the damage to the cells; this is why high blood sugar may lead to lower limb damage resulting in diabetes purple foot or leg.  The skin discoloration is due to the lack of oxygen rich blood circulating though the arteries, the choked circulation and nerve damage appears as skin discoloration; think of the limb being choked for oxygen and turning color.

A new study highlights the fact that more people are being hospitalized for diabetic complications; high blood sugar is causing other illness!

“Eighty-seven percent of visits to physicians by patients with diabetes were made by patients with multiple chronic conditions,” said Dr. Jeffrey Powell, chief of the division of endocrinology at Northern Westchester Hospital.

If you have diabetes and the foot is purple or blue it is essential to get the blood sugar down but that is not enough, you must reverse the damage to the feet by healing the nerves and clearing the blood vessels in the lower limb.

Some good news

A European diabetes foot diet is used by thousands of people in over 10 countries including the United States to save the feet without surgery; this diet reverses the skin discoloration. The diet is now offered together with the Type 2 diabetes reverse diet to lower the blood sugar without drugs and heal the foot at the same time.

Both reports are packaged together for the first time and may be read together.

Diabetes leg numb? What to do about this

When a person has diabetes with a numb leg it should be a warning of possible irreversible nerve damage. One of the least publicized aspects of high blood sugar is the fact that it can do incredible amounts of damage to the lower limbs; each year more than 50 thousand people are forced to have a limb removed due to high blood sugar. If you have diabetes with a numb leg this post will explore how high blood sugar causes the lower limb damage and what to do about it.

Be very on guard for numbness

When numbness sets in it is a sign of serious nerve damage, the nerves are covered by a very thin fiber which protects them from damage; high blood sugar is known to destroy the nerve fiber. High blood sugar is actually a poison high level of glucose which lives in the bloodstream; this is a most destructive substance, excessive glucose (sugar) in the blood is responsible for diabetic blindness, heart and kidney failure. When numbness is experienced in the legs or feet it is a sign that the nerve fiber has been affected, timing is crucial for diabetics seeing as permanent nerve damage is often the final result.  Studies show that almost all nerve damage in the lower limbs is related to high blood sugar. Diabetes numb leg is a very serious call to seek to reverse this quickly.

Diet or Surgery

There is no official medication for the reversal of diabetic leg medication, often surgery is necessary for those with strong artery blockage. Diabetic medications such as, metformin was shown to make leg pain worst in the diabetic. Metformin is linked to nerve damage in diabetic legs.

American Academy of Neurology
Wile and colleagues noted that metformin increases homocysteine levels as well as methylmalonic acid levels, both contributing factors to neuropathy(nerve damage). The study noted the increased frequency and severity of diabetic neuropathy(nerve damage) in patients taking metformin

There is some good news, there is a European diet report for diabetics that have been shown to stop the nerve damage in the feet and legs, this diet has been used in over 10 countries to save the legs without surgery and now includes the Type 2 diabetes reversal diet used in 17 countries.

Foot pain at night can lead to very serious troubles

Foot pain at night is one of the more annoying and possibly dangerous health complications that many will have to suffer, burning, cramping, sharp pains and discomforts are all signs of some level of nerve damage in the lower limb. There are many causes for this very uncomfortable condition but it always means temporary or permanent nerve damage, it is also essential that you address foot pain at night as it can be a sign of more serious health complications.

The feet as an indicator of overall health

The feet and the legs are both good indicators of the health of the body, the feet have an incredible amount of nerves and small blood vessels which help carry oxygen, these blood vessels and nerves are often damaged, this can either be from wear and tear or from more health complications.

Parts of the feet: One of the more common complaints may be pain between the toes or on the bottom of the foot; the cause of the pain in these areas is usually due to inflammation of the nerves of the foot. There are many who get sharp shocks or throbbing pains in the feet and this is most often due to excessive pressure on the nerves of the foot, when the nerve fibers are damaged it results in sharp or continual pain. Beware that foot pain at night has a strong connection to other illnesses.

Hidden health complications calling out from the feet

Do you have high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity or heart disease? All of these illnesses are related to pains in the feet, when aches are related to deeper health complications the pains are particularly stronger in the evening.

A recent study revealed that almost all lower limb pains had a relationship to some illness such as diabetes, there are over 79 million with pre diabetes and many millions are unaware they are affected!  The feet are often a good warning sign of other health complications.

Researchers at the Comprehensive Pain Center at Oregon Health & Science University have learned that nerve pain may have a daily cycle, with the worst occurring pains late in the evening around 11 p.m.  The researchers showed that diabetic nerve damage was the cause of much of the nigh time pain. The results showed that the typical pattern for people with the condition was to experience the greatest pain from it after sunset, peaking at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Feet Pain is always results from nerve damage, nerve damage only gets worst so it is necessary to do something. Soaking the feet or pads will not address the nerve damage.

Diet can save the feet and stop the pain at night

Researchers have revealed that a European diet created specifically for foot pain was able to stop the nigh time pain and repair much of the nerve damage without the need for surgery. The diet which has actually helped diabetic save the feet from amputation is now used in over 10 countries to stop the pain in the feet but those with or without diabetes.

Should I take Metformin for diabetes, risk and side effects?

There are many who are prescribed metformin for early diabetes and many of these people may not need the medication. This post is not a knock on the medication, but it is a wake up call as to how many doctors will quickly prescribe this medication without informing their patients that the illness is complete reversible drug free. Metformin is in many cases being overly doled out because doctors don’t believe that you will do the necessary lifestyle modifications to reverse the illness.

Why doctors quickly prescribe drugs

Doctors are actually doing the right thing in trying to control your blood sugar, they are trying to get the excessive high levels of glucose out of the bloodstream but what they do not often tell you is that this can often be done without medications.  There is not one afe diabetic medication, metformin has a very bad side effect, the drug causes a severe drop in your vitamin B 12 level, and this is particularly bad for the diabetic.  Diabetics are at constant danger of lower limb complications such as muscle cramps, artery blockage and nerve fiber damage, vitamin b12 is crucial for the diabetic. The fact that metformin will block vitamin b12 is not only alarming, it is down right dangerous.

The research shows a strong connection between Metformin and Vitamin B12

Of patients who take this Metformin, almost 40% showed evidence of reduced vitamin B12 absorption. Metformin interferes with the ability of your cells to absorb vitamin B12 complex. Over the long term, vitamin B12 insufficiency is a significant health risk. There is also a strong connection between B12 insufficiency and cardiovascular disease.  The scary thing about the drug is that a study showed that after discontinuing the drug the vitamin b12 deficiency was NOT being reversed, the cells were changed!  This is why simply trying to add a vitamin b12 pill while taking metforimin is not the solution. The drug is affecting your cells.

We are the number one diabetes foot site on the internet and we are read daily in 17 countries, diabetes lower limb issues are horrible and they can lead to the remove of the limb. Neuropathy (the nerve damage of diabetes) is serious and metformin may make this worst according to doctors.

"We had a few patients complaining about peripheral neuropathy who hadn't [had diabetes] very long, but they were on metformin. We decided to look at vitamin B12 s deficiency [as an explanation], said Jasna Klen, PhD, an internist, radiologist, and diabetes specialist at Hospital Trbovlje in Slovenia, who presented the research on the vitamin b12 dilemma when taking Meformin.

We are not advocating stopping any medications but why not address diabetes or diabetes foot pain drug free like people in over 10 countries do daily with this site.

  • Update* the Diabetes foot report now includes the $25 Diabetes reversal report free of charge. Both reports totaling more than 60 pages are now being offered for one price.  Your body will thank you for reversing the illness drug free.

Why Diabetes Leg Cramps should alarm you

Diabetes leg cramps are a very common night time complication and danger it does signal danger. It is possible for people to experience this muscle difficulty in the daytime but for the majority this is not the case. In this post we will discuss why the diabetic experiences these muscle spasms and what diabetes leg cramps actually signal. Each year more than 50,000 diabetics are forced to have a leg removed due to high blood sugar damaging the lower limb.

High blood sugar’s devastating affect on the legs

The cause of diabetic muscle cramp is due to the excessive blood sugars affect on the nerves, circulation and muscle. High blood sugar damages the cells of the body in many different ways and this is why the illness is so difficult to treat, often the illness actually causes reduced blood flow to the lower extremities, this reduced blood flow is often responsible for muscle tightening.  Diabetes leg cramps signal much more serious underlying complications, artery blockage in the lower limbs is common in diabetics and this means big trouble. Diabetic are at much higher risk for heart disease and stroke much of this is related to clogged arteries in the legs  Peripheral artery disease( clogged leg arteries) affects almost  30% of diabetics, take cramps in the legs seriously.

Nerve damage

Diabetic muscle cramp has a direct relation to diabetic nerve damage (called neuropathy).

We don’t often think about nerves when we think about muscles but the nerves are involved in the muscle switching and contractions which occurs under the skin.  High blood sugar is a damaging illness which should not be ignored, the diabetes muscle cramps are just one more symptoms of artery blockage or nerve damage The body will fight of the symptoms of high blood sugar as long as it can, if you do not act soon you risk being one of the 50,000 diabetics who experience lower limb amputations. Over 80% of amputations from high blood sugar could have been avoided had people acted in time.

A European diet created specifically for the diabetic legs has been reversing diabetes leg cramps pain, swelling and clogged arteries without surgery in over 10 countries.

My diabetes leg pain is bad, the urgent message

“My Diabetes leg pain is bad” this was the message that we received yesterday from one of our many readers. Pains in the legs are one of the horrible consequences of living with the illness, it is absolutely necessary that more people become informed of the ways in which the lower limbs suffer when blood sugar is high.  In the middle of this very serious diabetic epidemic are the causalities of the illness, one of the consequences which does not getting enough publicity is lower limb aches. “My diabetes leg pain is bad” was the cry from our reader, when someone comes to the realization that their situation is bad it usually means that they have waited too long to address the situation.

What to do?

Before we discuss what to do, we will discuss what is happening to the leg; it is a very dangerous situation.

Excessive blood sugar has a very negative affect on the circulation, this dilemma leads to the removal of thousands of people’s legs each year due to excessive blood sugar. High blood sugar is a poison in the system, as time goes by the damage is often irreversible.

My diabetes leg pain is bad

High blood sugar often causes the arteries in the legs to become chocked off (blocked); this can be a very dangerous situation.

PAD (Peripheral artery disease) is common in diabetics; PAD is when the arteries become clogged.

For the diabetic pins/needles, tingling and numbness or other pains are a stark warning.

Excessive blood sugar is destructive and particularly damaging to the arteries in the legs.

Data from the Framingham Heart Study revealed that 20% of patients with PAD had diabetes, but this probably greatly underestimates the prevalence, given that many more people with PAD are without symptoms.  Diabetes and artery blockage are linked.

The surgery to repair diabetes blocked arteries cost over $5,000 dollar and usually involves the insertion of a stent to keep the arteries open.

Get the right diet to avoid surgery

Diabetes leg pain is serious and should be addressed immediately with diet!

There is a diabetes leg pain diet from Europe which is now used in more than 10 countries including the United States; it has been helping people save the legs with diet alone.

Foot Hurts and Diabetes, what you must do

It is a very common ailment, the foot hurts and this is often related to diabetes. One of the sad consequences of the worldwide diabetic crisis is the revelation that many people are losing their limbs to the illness. One of the major factors in regards to increased amputations (surgical removal of the limb) is the fact that millions are unaware that they are living with high blood sugar. When the foot hurts it is a signal that blood sugar is damaging the nerves in the limb.

Why the feet suffer more

The reason that the feet suffer so greatly when a person has high blood sugar is due to the fact that there are very many small blood vessels in the foot which are easily damaged.  Excessive blood sugar ruins the circulatory system, and this in turn can lead to amputation of the lower limb. Nerve damage is not easily repaired, it is crucial that any pain in the feet receive immediate attention.

Because of long-term nerve damage, people with diabetes face up to a 25 percent lifetime risk of amputation, according to current research.  When the foot hurts and a person has pre or full diabetes it can be a very strong warning sign which should not ignored.

The Center for Disease Control estimates that there are more than 30 million people worldwide who are not aware that they are diabetic; often the symptoms of the disease are ignored. Diabetes is one of the most damaging illnesses; the excessive blood sugar should be removed naturally from the body with diet not drugs.  Dizziness, thirst and other symptoms should not be ignored. Not addressing the illness swiftly is the reason many are in danger of lower limb nerve damage. Numbness, pain, tingling, pins and needles are all signs of the nerve damage, this is the consequence of excessive blood sugar.  Blood sugar in excess is a poison, it is crucial that people understand the power of this enemy and how it destroys the body.  There is not one organ in the body which is not affected by high blood sugar, the liver, kidneys and heart all suffer under this illness. When the foot hurts, it is always a sign; it is a very important warning from your body for action.  80% of people who had a leg, foot or toes removed could have save the limb had they acted in time. When the foot hurts it is a message to you from your body.

Researchers in Europe have been saving the feet with a very specialized diet created to stop the pain and nerve damage from high blood sugar. The diet is now used regularly by thousands in 17 countries to save the feet and avoid surgery.

As diabetes rates soar so does foot pain

Admittance to the hospital for Diabetes foot pain is on the upswing according to statistics for the World Health Organization, the worldwide diabetic crisis is on the upswing and it causing deep lower limb pains to many people. There has been a sharp increase in the numbers amputations (removal of the leg or feet).  Diabetes foot pain is a serious warning that should not be ignored; prompt action is the best remedy as the nerves are often difficult to repair.

The damage to the nerves

We must emphasis that the nerve damage as a result of high blood sugar is often not repairable. Numbness, sharp pains and cramps are all signs of possible nerve damage, there have been an increase in amputations (the removal of the feet or legs) due to the worldwide increase in diabetic high blood sugar.

The biggest surprise according to the study is that an Amazing 25% was not aware they were diabetic

Not knowing you have high blood sugar causes prolonged damage to the organs and the limbs, high blood sugar is a sneak illness which slowly but powerfully takes over the body.  Diabetes leg pain is a sign of nerve damage but many are not addressing the nerve damage until it is too late.

1 in 4 does not know it, according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

That figure, based on 2012 data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES)

The doctor reiterated what we have been saying on this site for 5 years, immediate action is mandatory to save your limbs.

"Diabetes is costly in both human and economic terms. It's urgent that we take swift action to effectively treat and prevent this serious disease," Dr. Albright said.

There are no drugs which can repair nerve damage; some people may need surgery to stop the spread of gangrene in the limb, and this is a very serious condition.

European diet saving the feet

There is some good news, there is a diet that has been reversing diabetes foot pain, the painful feet gets help and are reversed without surgery.  It is a specialized diabetic foot diet which is used in Europe and is now used in 10 countries to stop the painful condition.

Diabetes feet burning, a very serious warning

If you have diabetes and burning feet it is a very serious warning sign of diabetic neuropathy, this means that the nerve ending of the foot is being seriously damaged. The burn in the foot from continually high blood sugar is often the first sign of danger, if treatment is ignored this can lead to amputation (the removal of the limb). The rise of the worldwide type 2 diabetic crises has resulted in the amputation of thousands of limbs each year, if you have diabetes with burning feet this post will explain what is happening in your body and what to do about it.

The worldwide crisis getting worse

The crisis of high blood sugar has become a worldwide phenomenon effecting millions in Europe, the USA and India; the complications from excessive glucose (sugars) is also resulting in blindness, kidney failure and heart attack. The lower limbs are very susceptible to damage from high blood sugar, thousands have to have a leg removed  each year due to high blood sugar; it is crucial for diabetics to take action to save the lower limbs seeing  as high blood  glucose can lead to nerve damage.

The neuropathies (nerve damage) are the most common of all the late complications of high blood sugar and gives rise to much suffering among diabetic patients. Burning feet with diabetes is a warning of nerve damage, it is best to treat this swiftly seeing as nerve damage is extremely difficult to reverse.  Although each person may be experiencing different stages of nerve damage ranging from severely painful limbs to the complete loss of sensation in the limbs, the bottom line is that the nerve damage will only worsen if it is not addressed.

High blood sugar is a very damaging illness, glucose (sugar) is needed by the cells but the diabetic has glucose that is invading the bloodstream and not entering the cell; excessive glucose in the blood is a poison which damages the liver, heart, lungs, kidneys and limbs. Each day that a person lives with high blood sugar they are literally destroying the organs and the limbs of the body.

A solution

Although nerve damage from excessive sugar in the blood is extremely difficult to reverse (glucose destroys the nerve ending causing sharp pain and burn in the toes and fingers) there is some good news. A diet in Europe specifically designed to address the burning feet of diabetes has been shown to stop the burn, pain and reduce the nerve damage. It is a natural specialized diabetic foot diet that is used in Europe; it is now used in 10 countries

My feet hurt and I have diabetes

A question from one of our thousands of readers stated “My feet hurt and I have diabetes what does this mean”. One of the more dangerous complications of living with high blood sugar is the damaging effects that the illness has on the lower limbs, each year thousands in the Unites States, England and much of the world have to face the prospect of losing the lower limb. “My feet hurt and I have diabetes”, if you are one of the thousands who are experiencing diabetic foot pains it is crucial to address the problem quickly in order to avoid permanent nerve and tissue damage.

High blood sugar is a very damage illness, as the excess sugars are allowed to invade the bloodstream the nerve endings experience damage, this can lead to the removal of the foot or leg if the situation is not reversed.. Some people with nerve damage have no symptoms at all but for others the first symptoms are often numbness, tingling, or general painful discomfort. Symptoms start slowly and become progressively worst, and because most nerve damage occurs over several years, mild cases may go unnoticed for a long time. Nerve damage can cause a lifetime of problems and should be address immediately. If you have diabetes and your feet hurt it is a sign that nerve damage has begun.

Symptoms can involve the sensory, motor, and autonomic-or involuntary-nervous systems. In some people, mainly those with focal neuropathy, the beginning of the painful condition may be sudden and very severe.

High blood sugar can cause the blood vessels to narrow and this is how the circulation can become blocked, the decreased oxygen supply from narrowed blood vessels can cause swelling or other painful conditions, it should be strongly stated and understood that nerve endings are destroyed in the presence of excessive sugar in the blood. Many diabetics must face amputation of the foot or leg.

The root cause of high blood sugar comes from insulin resistance, this is mainly due to our modern day processed food supply which causes inflammatory diseases like obesity.

If you have diabetes and your feet hurt it is extremely important to reverse the condition before permanent nerve damage occurs. There is some good news, there is a diet that has been reversing diabetic foot problems, the painful condition stops and the nerve damage reversed, it is a specialized diabetic foot diet that is used in Europe, it is now used in 10 countries

Diabetes feet pain is a sign of serious damage

Living with diabetes and experiencing feet pain signals diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage), left untreated this can lead to very serious complication including the removal of the limb. The rise in worldwide high blood sugar has led to increasing amputations, thousands of people each year lose a limb due to the effects of high blood sugar. A new study today highlights the fact that living with excessive glucose in the bloodstream can be extremely dangerous.

High blood sugar and the devastating effects on the body

"We found that diabetes increased the risk of disability by 50 percent to 80 percent compared to those without diabetes, and this result was consistent across all types of disability," said review senior author Anna Peeters, head of obesity and population health at Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute in Melbourne, Australia. It is clear that excessive levels of sugar in the bloodstream create extraordinary complications. What does it really mean when a person who is a diabetic experiences feet pain? The painful condition is a sign of nerve or/and arterial damage, this may also cause discoloration and swelling. The painful condition is a warning, lower limb pains are often one the first complications people who have lost a limb will experience.

Excessive sugars in the bloodstream cause destructive metabolically changes, these changes impair the nerves' ability to transmit signals. High blood glucose damages blood vessels which carry oxygen and nutrients to the nerves, as we can see high blood sugar is a very destructive illness which when left untreated can lead to irreversible damage. The lower limbs are often where so much of the more serious complications occur, pain in the feet from diabetes signals that nerve ending are being effected; it must be stated that high blood sugar also causes artery damage leading possible loss of limbs. If you are a diabetic the most important thing is getting the excessive amounts of poison sugars out of your body. There is some good news, there is a diet that has been reversing diabetic feet pain, it is a specialized diabetic feet diet that is used in Europe, it is now used in 10 countries

Can High blood sugar cause foot swelling? Yes

Living with high blood sugar is extremely dangerous and it can cause foot swelling and other health complications. There is an epidemic of type 2 diabetes that has been sweeping much of the World, the United States, Asia, Africa and Europe have all been experiencing record number of cases of diabetes. The World Health Organization states that over 350 million people worldwide suffer from diabetes. High blood sugar can cause foot swelling, this condition know as edema can be a warning sign of heart troubles and may result in the loss of the foot.

In healthy people the hormone insulin creates energy to the cells from sugar but this is not the case in diabetics, the person with diabetes has the sugar flood the bloodstream and this is where the health complications begin. As the sugar floods the bloodstream it causes damage to the organs of the body, the limbs are also effected due to circulation blockage. Swollen limbs from excessive sugar in the blood leads to blood vessel deterioration and blockage.

Diabetic feet swelling is the collection of fluid in the feet, ankles and legs. Extra consideration is needed for people who have edema and diabetes. It can occur in one or both lower extremities.
Damage to capillaries or increased pressure can cause capillaries to leak fluid into surrounding tissues and result in high blood sugar swelling.

Note: Diabetic medications like Actos, Avandia and others are dangerous and can also cause feet to swell! Diabetic Medications are linked to heart disease and swelling of the limbs. Drugs  side effects such as swelling can indicate that the medication is effecting the heart negatively. Diabetic Medications are linked to heart attack.

Reversing the foot problems naturally and drug free

A study at Imperial College London revealed that the foot damage can be reversed if caught in time. Dr Eszter Vamos said they had expected to see long-term complications of diabetes rising to some extent because the number of people diagnosed with the condition had increased. It is clear that high blood sugar can cause foot swelling.

"But at the same time there is very strong evidence that with a multidisciplinary team approach you can prevent up to 80% of the amputations. Said Dr. Vamos
